What you can earn

When your referred candidate secures a permanent position through BG Resourcing and completes three months in their new role, you’ll receive:

• £1,000 voucher for placements with a salary over £50,000
• £750 voucher for placements with a salary below £50,000
• No points, no locked‑in retailers – just a voucher you can use wherever suits you best!

5. You receive your reward
6. Once your referral starts a permanent role through BG Resourcing and completes three full months employment, we’ll issue your voucher directly
