Bridging Expertise and Industry
The team at BG Resourcing has been a trusted recruitment partner to the property and construction sectors for over 25 years. We connect high‑calibre professionals with organisations shaping the built environment—across Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and wider technical and commercial roles.
Our approach is simple: deep sector knowledge, long‑standing relationships, and a commitment to delivering the right people, not just the available ones. Whether you’re growing a project team or planning your next career move, we bring clarity, confidence and expertise to every step.
Specialist recruitment across property and construction
We focus where we’re strongest — the property and construction sectors. With deep market knowledge, proven networks, and a sharp eye for standout talent, we connect you with professionals who can deliver from day one. It’s specialist recruitment that actually feels specialist.
A 25‑year track record of successful placements
For over two decades, we’ve been matching businesses with talent that sticks. Our longevity isn’t luck — it’s built on consistent delivery, deep sector knowledge, and a reputation for getting hiring right. When experience matters, ours speaks for itself.
A partnership-led approach for clients and candidates
We work alongside you, not above or around you. Whether you’re hiring or job‑seeking, you get a genuine partner who listens, understands your goals, and stays invested from first conversation to final outcome. It’s a collaborative approach that builds trust, delivers clarity, and creates better long‑term results for everyone involved.
